The furnace is being from a rotating drum which has special drive and bearing system on chassis with hydraulic tilting. Burner system and stack are on the hydraulic opening-clossing door. so there is an efficienty combustion process.
The furnace has the feature of tare of using scrap on each charging. The amount of the additive material is separately calculated according to the scrap type while the scrap loading with different features. Resulting dross and liquid metal is checked separately, efficiency analysis can be performed and analysis records can be saved. Furnace is charged with a special charging equipment from the furnace door.
The liquid metal is poured from the furnace door by tilting of the furnace.
