Aluminium scraps are melted efficiently by this furnace. The scraps are charged to the balcony area and preheating process is realised in the balcony area. The impurities (oil, paint, plastic, paper....) that located on the scraps surface are burned in the balcony area so the scraps are cleaned. So melting is provided without loss of aluminium quality. Due to preheating process, the gas consumption is reduced. Due to preheating process, loss of aluminium is reduced and high efficient can be get. This furnace is manufactured in various size and capacities by our company. Furnace kind that is charging from the chimney is also available.
