the scraps are melted in this furnace with heat of liquid metal without touching the flame. the metal that located in the liquid pool is heated by burner. the heated liquid metal is transferred to lotus by centrifuge pump or EMP ( electromagnetic pump). Vortex is provided in the lotus. Shredded aluminium scpraps, chips and UBC are charged in the Vortex. Dross of molten metal is left to the dross reservoir and it again passed through the liquid metal pool. The cycle and melting is continued. This furnace is manufactured the various size and capacity by our company.
