This furnace is designed to use in the aluminium recycling systems as a melting furnace. The scraps are charged on the shaft area of furnace to pre heat of the scraps. The impurities (oil, paint, plastic, paper…) that located on the scraps are burned in the shaft area of furnace. So the scraps are separated from the impurities. Losses may occur during melting is minimized. Also the gas consumption is reduced the due to preheat . If there are iron scraps in the aluminium scraps, the iron scraps are remained iron-taking area under the shaft area. Molten liquid metal flows to the pool and the remaining iron scrap is taken by operator from the iron-taking area. Iron ration in the aluminium is not increased. Do melting is provided without loss of aluminium quality. Iron ration in the aluminium is not increased.
