This furnace is used for melting the mixture of lead and lead oxide obtined from scrap battery. There are two types of furnace; not tilted rotary axial furnace and tilting rotary furnace. The melting process of fixed rotary axial furnace is slower that tilting rotary furnace. Two charges per day can be taken by fixed rotary axial furnace. Slag is separated in the crucible that metal flowed. Four charges per day can be taken by tilting rotary furnace. While molten metal is pouring into the T-ingot, slag is separated during casting by the slag blocking arm that attached furnace mouth. Both types of furnace are produced by our company. Also necessary gas cooling and filtration systems for this fıurnace are manufactured by our company.
